Who we are
FW Foundation Repair — FW for Fort Worth — connects homeowners in Fort Worth and the nearby cities with independent foundation repair companies. You describe the house and what you've noticed, and we arrange for a company that works in your part of town to come out and inspect it.
We aren't the contractor. The company that visits measures the house, explains what it finds and writes the estimate. Its price, warranty and schedule are its own, and you deal with it directly. Homeowners never pay us.
Why we pay attention to the kind of house
Fort Worth's houses are not interchangeable. A restored bungalow on piers needs a careful, conservative approach that respects what's original. A brick ranch on a slab needs a map of its elevations and a look at the plumbing. A hillside house near the lake needs somebody who understands limestone and runoff. When we take your request, we ask about those things first.
That is how we choose which company calls you: whether it works in your part of the city, has done similar houses and has time to come out soon.
What we won't do

We look at where the property is, what kind of foundation it has, whether a sale or a lender's deadline is involved and which company working in that part of the city has the experience and time. One request goes to one company, so you aren't flooded with calls. If that company can't come out soon or isn't the right fit, we find another.
