Plain summary

You send us a name, a phone number and a few details about a house. We use them to call you and to introduce you to one local foundation repair company. We don't sell them, and we don't use them to advertise to you.

What we receive

• Your name and phone number, and an email address if you decide to add one.
• Your city and a description of what you've noticed, including anything you type in the message box.
• The page of the site you were on when you contacted us.

What the site records on its own

Our hosting provider records ordinary visit information, such as the pages viewed, the approximate location of the connection, the browser and the site that referred you. We also count taps on call buttons. We use this to see which pages help people and to keep the site working, and not to follow you around the web.

Who gets your details

To arrange your inspection we share your name, phone number, city and description with one independent foundation repair company serving your area. That company then deals with you under its own policies. The services that host this site and carry its forms work for us and may not use your information for their own purposes.

Cookies and tracking

The site sets only what it needs to function and shows a notice about cookies. It doesn't load advertising or social-media tracking tools.

How long we keep it, and your rights

Requests are kept while they're useful for following up, normally no more than a year. You may ask to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop being contacted, at any time by writing to info@fwfoundationrepair.com.

Children and updates

The service is for adults arranging work on property they own, rent or manage; we don't knowingly collect information from children. When this policy changes, the date at the top changes too.

Security and links

We use reputable hosting and form-processing services and limit access to request details to the people who need them. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send. This site may link to other websites; we aren't responsible for their content or practices.
